Black Dog Smoke and Ale House opened in downtown Urbana in February 2009 in the building that used to be Todd & John’s.

In September 2015 we opened our second location in the old train depot at the corner of Chestnut and Main St in downtown Champaign.

With our wood fired smokers we can cook some of the finest barbecue in town. Come on out and enjoy some great food and drink.
